Clients are set-up on the prescribed unit and pressure and are fitted with the base mask. Should the base mask not be sufficient due to inadequate fit, client preference or the need for a full face mask, other masks will be properly fitted. Clients will be educated on the proper use, care and maintenance of the unit as well as their responsibility towards the unit while it is in their possession. Clients will be contacted within 7 – 10 days after being set-up as a courtesy follow-up to address any questions or concerns. During this time, clients are encouraged to contact their insurance provider (if not done so prior to set-up) to determine if any third-party funding is available if applicable.
During the 30-day trial, clients may be fitted with multiple masks to ensure that a comfortable mask is provided at the end of their trial should they opt to purchase the unit. All paperwork and relevant payment will be finalized at the end of the 30-day trial; however clients will be asked to sign the paperwork at the beginning of their trial and may be asked to provide a credit card for security purposes.
