It’s our 30^th anniversary, so here’s some Breathe Easy history!

Established in 1993 by the late Robert Walker (aka Bob), our first location was 69 Bessemer Road in an Industrial Park area, close to Exeter Road. In 1996, Bob decided to move to Breathe Easy to a more central location, for ease of accessibility for our clients, for ease of movement by our staff, and to be closer to all three hospital campus locations. We remained at the 458 Central Avenue location for 20 years but were forced into the difficult decision to move due to unforeseen circumstances. Since July 26, 2017, Breathe Easy has been located at 233 Horton Street East.

Our Mission Statement is being “known in Southwestern Ontario for going the extra mile to ensure the provision of professional respiratory medical services, quality and safe care, a friendly and safe environment, and for our determination to continually strive to ensure our client’s needs are met or exceeded.” While our vision focuses on being “the client’s preferred choice when it comes to a company that is compassionate about the quality of service and care it provides.”

We are a family-owned, Southwestern Ontario business – with no shareholders or Board of Governors that place the focus solely on profits while limiting our flexibility with our care partners. Our top priority is excellence in service and care, with client satisfaction being our best marketing strategy. We have been in the oxygen and sleep apnea business for 30 years and have been awarded an Exemplary Standing through Accreditation Canada for our continued dedication to excellence in service. We have also retained all of our current registered staff since they were initially hired by Breathe Easy – two hired by the late Robert Walker!

We would like to thank our clients, community partners, employees, and most importantly, our founder – Robert (Bob) Walker – who had a vision of turning a small company into a competitive player within the field of internationally backed competitors – and 30 years later – we are still in business, still chosen by our clients as their oxygen and sleep apnea service provider.

How are we celebrating our 30^th anniversary?

For the entire month of June, every PAP client that makes a purchase will be entered into a draw for a Lumin Ultraviolet (UV) CPAP Cleaner. The draw will take place on Wednesday, June 28, 2023.

Clients, community partners, friends and family are invited to stop by for some cake on Wednesday, June 28, 2023, where they can mingle with our staff, share their stories, and provide valuable feedback.
